A great phone interview and its silent no.

I just realized that the Bristol Valley job, the one where I had what I thought was a really great phone interview, must be a no. I was told on the phone that they'd be making their decision at the beginning of February and we are now in the middle of it. Sigh...oh well...the experience at least left me feeling like I can have a good phone interview.

Phone interviews are really difficult.
Without the person being in front of you, you can't read facial expressions etc...but I digress...
